1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Agentic Alchemy website (the "Site"). Agentic Alchemy is a trading name of Monstroleads Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do

Agentic Alchemy builds and manages AI automations and digital marketing for UK small businesses, including Google Ads management. The Site describes those services and offers a quiz and demos so you can see how they work.

3. Quiz results and demos

The quiz result and the demos on the Site are for illustration only. They are not professional, financial or technical advice and they are not a quote or a guarantee of results. Demo replies are written by an AI model and may contain mistakes.

4. Client services

Any paid work we carry out for a client is covered by a separate written agreement with that client. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement applies.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.

6. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information, quiz results or demo output on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
