1. Who we are

Agentic Alchemy builds and manages AI automations and digital marketing for UK small businesses. That includes setting up, reporting on and managing Google Ads accounts for our clients. Agentic Alchemy is a trading name of Monstroleads Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you take our quiz, use a demo on this site or email us. This can include your email address, your quiz answers and the messages you type into a demo.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, device and browser type, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.
Client account data. Where a client gives us access to their advertising accounts, we see the data in those accounts. See section 4.

3. How we use your information

To send you your quiz result and reply to your enquiry.
To run the demos on this site.
To deliver the services our clients have asked us for.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Google Ads account data

We use Google's official Google Ads API to read and manage Google Ads accounts that belong to us or to clients who have linked their account to our Google Ads manager account. Access is granted by the account owner and can be removed by them at any time from inside Google Ads.

We use this data only to analyse, report on and manage the advertising in those accounts. This includes campaign settings, keywords, ads, spend and performance figures. We do not sell this data. We do not share it with anyone other than the client who owns the account. We do not use it for any purpose other than providing our service to that client.

The tool that connects to the Google Ads API is used internally by Agentic Alchemy only. It is not offered to the public and no outside users sign in to it.

5. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

Consent, where you give us your email address or ask us to contact you.
Contract, where we process data to deliver a service to a client.
Legitimate interests, to run, secure and improve our service in a way that does not override your rights.
Legal obligation, where we must keep or disclose data to comply with the law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our services:

Vercel, our website hosting provider.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider, which stores the email address you give us in the quiz.
Anthropic, whose AI model processes the messages you type into the demos on this site.
Google, for the Google Ads services described in section 4 and for the fonts used on this site.
Authorities or advisers, where required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the quiz and demos to work.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its use, request portability and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email agenticalchemy@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
